TATC Human resource includes the Technical and Non-Technical
Staff.
When the Centre was officially Established,
Employees were sourced from Government Departments and Learning
Institutions and by the year 1985 the Centre had started with
109 employees in which, 51 were Technical Staff and 58 were
Non-Technical Staff.
By the time the Residential Buildings,
office blocks and workshops were erected following the
installation of machinery and utilities, 56 employees were sent
to Ireland for Technology transfer in which 29 were Engineers,
11 Artisans and 5 Support Staff who went for managerial courses
