Staff

TATC has seven (7) Design and Research Engineers with qualification up to Master degree in the field of Automotive systems development and Foundry Engineering technology, and working experience up to 25 years .

TATC has five (5) Design technicians with Full Technician certificate qualification and experience up to 20 years in the Automotive field.

TATC has seven (7) Draughtpersons with Trade Test Grade one qualification in mechanical engineering, draughting and experience up to 20 years in the field.

 

Facilities

The Design Office has 16 PC's with the latest technology for Engineering Draughting and Analysis. All computers have greater capacity in terms of Speed, Storage and are all networked (LAN) for easy sharing of Data and resources within and outside the organization. Peripherals equipment including printers and plotters capable of printing up to A0 paper.

 

Software

TATC uses latest Software for Engineering analysis and Draughting including

• Mechanical Desktop 2006, 2007.

• AutoCAD 2006, 2007.

• Solid Works 2006

 

Capabilities

The section has the capability to do the following;

• Engineering design and analysis of Mechanical/Automotive/electrical systems

• reverse Engineering and innovation of Mechanical/Automotive/electrical systems

• Project Development,

• Installation, testing and commissioning.
