Stability index in the human resources has been maintained to the
required establishment by having good recruitment and training policies.
Organization
development necessitated review of the establishment and now the Centre
employs 244 staffs in which 24 are Professional Engineers, 25 Technicians ,
113 Artisans ,04 ICT Experts ,01 Artist and 77 Non-Technical Professional staffs such as
Administrative, Accounts, Supplies, Medical and Marketing & Sales etc,
