Procurement Procedures
TATC
undertakes procurement of goods, works, non consultant services, Selection
and employment of consultants in accordance with the Public procurement Act
No 21 of 2004 and other statutory directives as may be issued from time to
time.
Procurement Procedures
-
To set
up a system to monitor, integrate & control the tasks, functions,
activities and routines during the transfer of goods/services from
suppliers to the Centre and administration of the same after receipt by
TATC
-
To
adequate, invite, solicit or call for tender or proposals in respect of
contracts of tender
-
Approve and award tender by the tender board
-
Commission any studies relevant to the determination of award of
contract.

Request any professional or technical assistance for any body or person
in Tanzania or elsewhere
-
Do all
such acts and things as may be considered incidental or conducive to the
attainment of TATC objectives

Equal

obtain the best value for money in terms of price, quality and delivery
with regard to specifications and criteria set.
